    Cathy Houchin (Room 102) - Using Technology in the Music Classroom - Do you see other classrooms using technology and wonder how you can fit technology into your music class? This workshop explores how to use technology in the elementary music classroom. Ideas included will be both teacher and student oriented. We will discuss creating music as well as ways to digitally engage the students with technology. They will be able to use technology to explain concepts and support their findings.
    Amy Klubertanz (Room 101) - Websites, Portfolios and Blogs, Oh My! - In this session we will discuss the use of Weebly as a classroom website. We will also talk about establishing student websites, using online portfolios to display student work and how to integrate blogging into your classroom. Bring a laptop and we will get you started with projects you can take back to your classroom on Monday!

    Jodie Hardenbrook (Room 103) - Augmented Reality - How would you like to make your classroom come alive where words and pictures on your classroom wall trigger educational videos, songs, or information just by scanning them with your iPad, iPod touch, or Smartphone? Learn how easy it is to bring augmented reality into your classroom. I will show you how our school is using augmented reality to stop bullying.
    Cathy Houchin (Room 102) - Making the story come alive! - Make an ordinary story become extraordinary through the use of digital storytelling. Through use of photos, movies, voice or music the students will make a project unlike any other. We will discover the many different avenues available to tell a story. This workshop will be valuable for any age group. Discovery Education has many resources that can be used by students to tell their story. We will explore these too!
